Your Step-by-Step Guide to Enrollment

We are excited to welcome you to VIP by 7 Cosmetic Art Academy! Our enrollment process is simple and designed to make your transition into your new career as smooth as possible.

Step 1: Submit Your Enrollment Deposit

Begin by submitting your $150 non-refundable enrollment deposit.

Step 2: Wait for Your Enrollment Notification

Within 24–48 hours, you will receive an email or phone notification from the Academy.

Your enrollment packet will include:

• Required enrollment forms
• Instructions for completing your paperwork
• A link or instructions to schedule your in-person enrollment appointment

Step 3: Complete Your Enrollment Appointment

On your scheduled appointment date, please bring:

• A valid government-issued photo ID
• Your Social Security card

During your appointment, we will:

• Complete your official enrollment
• Register you through the North Carolina Access Hub (if applicable)
• Review and sign all required enrollment documents
• Photo you for Student ID Badge
• Review the Student Handbook, policies, rules, and regulations
• Answer any questions you may have

Step 4: Choose Your Student Kit

You will select the student kit that best fits your goals.

Basic State Board Kit

• Includes all supplies required to meet North Carolina State Board requirements.

VIP Mastery Kit

• Includes everything required by the North Carolina State Board
• PLUS more than $300 in additional professional supplies to help you build your skills and prepare for success beyond graduation.

Step 5: Set Up Your Tuition Plan

During your enrollment appointment, you will:

• Select your tuition payment plan.
• Make your required tuition payment or deposit.
• Establish your payment schedule.

Please Note: Your tuition payment arrangement begins on the day of your enrollment appointment.

Step 6: Receive Your Student Supplies

Once enrollment is completed, you will receive your student kit (based on your selected package) and all materials needed to prepare for class.
